A polypropylene woven bag manufacturer rooted in Morbi, Gujarat — India's largest polymer packaging manufacturing hub. Built on modern machinery, strict quality standards and a direct buyer relationship that removes middlemen from every transaction.
A manufacturer you deal with directly — not a trader, not an agent.
Dwarkesh Polyfab is a polypropylene packaging manufacturer based in Morbi, Gujarat. We manufacture PP woven bags, BOPP laminated polybags, printed polybags and custom packaging solutions for rice mills, fertilizer companies, cement plants, plastic product manufacturers and export businesses across India.
We are located in the heart of Morbi — a city that has become India's most concentrated polymer and polypropylene bag manufacturing region. This gives us direct access to the best raw material suppliers, skilled labour and manufacturing infrastructure — all of which directly benefits our buyers through consistent quality and competitive pricing.
Every order at Dwarkesh Polyfab is handled directly — from the moment you send your requirement on WhatsApp to the day your bags are dispatched. No agents, no brokers, no inflated prices. Just a manufacturer who understands packaging and delivers on time.
Morbi, Gujarat is not just a city — it is the manufacturing backbone of India's polypropylene packaging industry. The city is home to hundreds of PP woven bag manufacturers, raw material suppliers, printing units and lamination plants — all within a few kilometres of each other. This concentration of industry creates an ecosystem that produces polypropylene bags at scale, speed and quality that no other region in India can match.
Being a manufacturer in Morbi means our buyers benefit from the full advantage of this industrial ecosystem — lowest raw material costs, fastest production turnaround, widest product variety and logistics networks that have been built over decades to move polymer packaging across India efficiently.
Morbi is home to 160+ active loom plants — each running circular weaving looms that produce polypropylene woven fabric continuously. On average, each plant in Morbi produces 250 tonnes of PP fabric per month — making Morbi's combined output one of the largest polypropylene fabric production clusters in Asia. Dwarkesh Polyfab is part of this industrial community — benefiting from shared raw material supply chains, skilled labour, printing and lamination infrastructure that no other region in India can match.
Every bag is made through a controlled multi-step process that ensures consistent strength, accurate dimensions and clear print quality in every batch.
We use 100% virgin polypropylene granules sourced from trusted Indian polymer manufacturers. Virgin PP ensures consistent melt flow, fabric strength and food grade compliance. No recycled or mixed material is used in our production.
Virgin PP granules are melted and extruded through precision dies to form flat PP tapes of controlled width and thickness. These tapes form the warp and weft threads of the woven fabric. GSM and fabric strength are determined at this stage.
The woven PP tape is fed into high speed circular looms — the same type of looms used across all 160+ active plants in Morbi. Circular weaving produces a seamless tubular fabric that forms the body of the bag. This method is stronger and more uniform than flat weaving. Loom speed, weave density and fabric width are monitored continuously for each production run.
For BOPP laminated bags, the woven fabric passes through a lamination machine where a BOPP film is heat bonded to the outer surface. Glossy, matte, gold or silver finish is applied at this stage. Lamination adds moisture resistance and creates the smooth surface needed for high definition printing.
Custom designs are printed using flexographic printing machines in up to 6 colors on PP fabric or up to 8 colors on BOPP laminated surface. Print plates are prepared from approved artwork files. Colors, registration and print clarity are checked against approved proofs throughout the print run.
Printed fabric rolls are cut to precise bag dimensions using automated cutting machines. Cut pieces are then stitched into final bag shape — bottom stitching, top hemming, valve fitting (for cement bags) or liner insertion (for chemical bags) depending on the product specification.
Every batch of finished bags is inspected for dimensional accuracy, stitching strength, print quality and fabric defects before packing. Bags failing quality standards are rejected. Only approved bags are packed and dispatched to buyers.
Finished bags are bundled, counted and packed in bales or boxes as per buyer requirement. Each shipment is labelled with product details, quantity and buyer information. Dispatch is coordinated through trusted logistics partners for pan India delivery.

We follow strict standards in materials, production and sustainability that our buyers can rely on for every order.
Polypropylene is one of the safest and most widely recycled plastics in the world. All our bags are made from PP — which can be collected, melted and reprocessed into new products. We encourage buyers to return used bag waste to local recycling units and support a circular packaging economy.
All bags used for rice, flour, grains and food products are manufactured from 100% virgin food grade polypropylene that meets food contact safety standards. No recycled material, colour additives or harmful chemicals are used in food contact bags.
We use only 100% virgin polypropylene — no recycled granules, no mixed scrap material. Virgin PP gives consistent melt flow, predictable fabric strength and reliable GSM across every production batch — something recycled material cannot guarantee.
Our fertilizer, chemical and outdoor storage bags are manufactured with UV stabilizer additives in the PP compound. This significantly slows the degradation of the bag fabric under direct sunlight — extending outdoor bag life from weeks to months.
Every batch of bags is produced to the exact GSM specification ordered by the buyer. We test fabric GSM before and during production. Buyers receive bags within ±3% of the ordered GSM — ensuring consistent load capacity and material cost per bag.
All bags are stitched using high tensile polyester or polypropylene thread with minimum 2 stitch lines at the bottom seam. Stitch density and seam strength are checked in every production batch to ensure bags do not burst under the rated load.
The principles that guide how we manufacture, price and deliver for every buyer.
Virgin PP material, accurate GSM, clean stitching and consistent print — quality is checked at every stage before bags reach the buyer.
We build bags around your requirement — size, GSM, printing, lamination, closure — all customised to your product and brand.
