Before contacting a manufacturer decide your bag width, length, GSM, lamination type (plain PP or BOPP laminated) and the weight of product you will fill in the bag. Use our free bag calculator to get an estimate first.
Prepare Your Artwork File
Create your bag design in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Photoshop. The file should be in CDR, AI, PDF or high resolution JPG format. Include your brand name, logo, product name, weight, FSSAI number if required and contact details. Use CMYK color mode for accurate print colors.
Send Specifications and Artwork on WhatsApp

Review the Digital Proof

Once the proof looks correct, approve it and confirm your order with quantity and delivery address. Payment terms are discussed at this stage — typically advance payment for new buyers.
Production and Dispatch
After order confirmation and payment, production begins. Standard delivery time is 7 to 15 working days depending on quantity and bag type. You will receive dispatch details and tracking once bags are shipped.
What Artwork Format Should I Send?
- CDR or AI files are best — they are vector files that can be scaled without losing quality
- High resolution PDF is also accepted
- JPG or PNG — minimum 300 DPI resolution for acceptable print quality
- Use CMYK color mode — RGB colors will shift when printed
- Keep text and important elements away from bag edges and seam areas
How Many Colors Can Be Printed?
PP woven bags support up to 6 color flexographic printing. BOPP laminated bags support up to 8 color high definition printing. More colors means higher print cost per bag. For most brands 3 to 4 colors is sufficient for a professional and attractive bag design.
